Steps.

Initial Communication 💬

After we receive your project brief through email/contact form, our solution architect does a feasibility check for the project and the stipulated budget. He would draft a brief plan about how we would proceed with the project. He will inform you thereafter within 24 hrs. (You also have an option of scheduling a call at this stage and discussing a bit more about the project.)

First Meeting 🤝🏻

After you are informed about the project brief, you would decide if you want to continue. If yes, there would be a meeting wherein we would finalize the tech stack, project scope, project budget, timeline. We would soak in all the information you have about the project and give you a start date.

Legalities 📝

Once everything is agreed upon, we would do all the legal compliance viz. NDA, Contract etc. We would setup a project documentation, project task board and a dedicated communication channel. You will be a part of this. You can write, drop all your idea and thoughts in the whiteboard. You will be receiving your project updates through these channels.

Project Commences 🚀

Our solution architect will layout the project architecture, tech stack, libraries and bulk task for the developer. Based on task difficulty he will assign it to himself or other developers as deemed necessary. These bulk task would be further broken into smaller task and completed one by one.

Project is in swing ⚡️

Project is in full swing now at this stage. Based on our agreed terms we would be having meeting, previews, demos. You would be updated as and when needed and you would be at it right alongside us.

Project finishes 🥳✨

The project will be containerized with documentation and error reporting baked in. We would be deploying it at your choice of place. This would be a busy time for both of us with lots of testing, bug fixing, polishing, last minute additions if any. Finally the project completes and we would support the code in project scope for the next 6 months and a partnership ensues for more future projects. Happy times ahead!
